On your Mac, open the Apple menu → About This Mac. Look for the chip or processor name, then choose the matching download.

Which Mac download should I choose?
Open the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your Mac and choose About This Mac. If it shows Chip with an Apple chip name, choose Mac — Apple silicon (ARM64). If it shows Processor with an Intel name, choose Mac — Intel (x86-64). You only need one Mac installer.
Is Android TV the same as the desktop app?
No. Capture Snaps TV is for displaying your event slideshow on a compatible Android TV device. Use the Windows or Mac desktop app to manage your event setup. Google Play will show whether the TV app is compatible with your device.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan your event QR code or open the guest link and upload photos in their phone browser. The downloads on this page are for the event operator and TV display.
What should I check before using a new installation at an event?
Install and open Capture Snaps before the event, then run a test with the computer, network, display and any printer you plan to use. Check printer drivers and compatibility for your operating system before relying on printing at a live event.
