Licensing and subscription tiers

Capture Snaps subscriptions include access to the full platform. Plans differ by the number of event credits available each month.

Current plans

• Starter — £29 per month: up to 3 event credits per month.
• Core — £49 per month: up to 10 event credits per month.
• Pro — £89 per month: up to 30 event credits per month.

Each plan includes one-month credit rollover. Choose the plan that covers your normal event volume; you can manage billing and subscription changes through the Stripe customer portal.

Trial mode

Trial mode lets you test the workflow before subscribing. It is limited to one event, up to 30 booth photos and up to 30 phone uploads.

Subscription validation

Capture Snaps validates subscription status online. After a successful validation, an offline grace period of up to seven days is available. Open the application while connected before an event so its status is current.
