The current version covered by this knowledge base is Capture Snaps 3.9.32.

Check the installed version

Open Settings and find the application update section. It shows the installed release and provides the update check. If an update is available, allow active upload and print queues to finish before installing it.

After updating:

1. Reopen Capture Snaps.
2. Confirm the application reports the expected version.
3. Open a test event.
4. Check watched folders and connected destinations.
5. Test one guest upload, slideshow item and print job where those features are used.

Documentation versions

Each knowledge article includes an Applies to value and a last-reviewed date. An article marked for an older release may still be useful, but labels or control positions can differ.

Release 3.9.32 documentation covers the current event workflow, including guest upload configuration, slideshow controls, gallery moderation, client delivery, application administration, Upload Only Mode, event automation and 60-day data retention.
